AIS wants 1 mln fibre subscribers by year-end, number 3 market position by 2022

Thai operator Advanced Info Service (AIS) is aiming to attract 1 million household subscribers to its AIS Fibre fixed broadband service by the end of this year, Saran Phaloprakarn, the head of AIS Fibre, told the Bangkok Post. The company wants to become the number three provider in the country by 2022, from its current position of fourth. In general, AIS said it plans to up to THB 5 billion on operations and services this year.
