Aisin, Advics, Jtekt, Denso set up JV, develop integrated ECU software for automated driving

Aisin Seiki, Advics, Jtekt and Denso have agreed to establish a joint venture company to develop integrated ECU software for automated driving and vehicle dynamics control. The company will be capitalized with the participation ratio of Denso 65 percent, Aisin 25 percent, Advics 5 percent and Jtekt 5 percent.
