Akado Telecom raises RUB 1.5 bln in first bond issue

Russian regional fixed operator Akado Telecom has issued a bond totaling RUB 3.5 billion, reports Cableman.ru, a first for the operator. The bonds were placed on the Moscow Stock Exchange.
