Alaskan investment fund buys Iceland's Nova for unknown sum

An Anchorage-based private equity firm that focuses on the Arctic region has agreed to buy Icelandic telecommunications company Nova, according to Alaska Dispatch News (AND). The portal said Pt Capital Advisors, a subsidiary of investment firm Pt Capital, has reached an agreement with investment firm Novator to buy all the shares in Nova. The deal is expected to be finalised in the next few months, but Pt Capital Advisors did not disclose a sale price.
