Albacom, Atlanet re-brand as BT Italia

BT is re-branding its Italian networking subsidiaries Albacom and Atlanet as BT Italia from 2 October. The two activities will be merged, creating a company with EUR 900 million in annual turnover, 1,400 employees and 250,000 customers as well as a proprietary network running over 12,000 km. BT Italia will continue to focus on major Italian corporations and on the public sector as well as on the small-to-medium sized business market.
