Alcatel pays ICE USD 10 mln in legal settlement

Costa Rica's state-owned operator ICE said Alcatel-Lucent paid it a USD 10 million out-of-court settlement relating to a long-running lawsuit opposing the two companies. However, the deal does not put an end to criminal proceedings underway for over a decade.
