Algar Telecom extends broadband to 9 more cities

Brazilian regional operator Algar Telecom will extend its broadband services, with speeds of up to 200 Mbps, to another nine cities by the end of the year. The cities to be covered by the fibre optic network include Batatais (state of Sao Paulo), Frutal (Minas Gerais), Guaira (Sao Paulo), Itumbiara (Goias), Ituverava (Sao Paulo), Jardinopolis (Sao Paulo), Orlandia (Sao Paulo), Paranaíba (Mato Grosso do Sul) and Sao Joaquim da Barra (Sao Paulo).
