Algar Telecom launches new customer platform

Brazil's Algar Telecom has launched a new customer service platform, allowing users to ask questions and interact with the operator. Inspired by discussion forums and gaming, Falai is a collaborative space for discussions on topics related to the regional telecom company. The launch topic is games and anyone can ask questions, from settings and better hardware to run a game, to tips of new titles and the ideal broadband speed for a given game. The platform is available in beta release at www.algartelecomfalai.com.br.
