Algar Telecom to invest BRL 568 million in 2021

Brazilian operator Algar Telecom will invest BRL 568 million in 2021 in network expansion, equipment, systems and licences, up by 23 percent on the previous year. The proposed investments will be discussed at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting scheduled for 27 April. Also on the agenda is the payment of BRL 67.2 million in dividends and the allocation of BRL 10.1 million to legal reserves.
