Algerian regulator finds Djezzy, Mobilis and Ooredoo in breach of licence obligations

Algeria's three mobile network operators, Djezzy, Mobilis and Ooredoo, have failed to meet a number of their LTE coverage and QoS (Quality of Service) obligations based on the latest set of measures collected by telecom authority Arpce. The assessment was carried out between mid-February and mid-March in five of the country's wilayas (or provinces), namely Adrar, Blida, Constantine, Djelfa, and Tlemcen.
