Algerian state-owned ISPs block news agency TSA

Friday 13 October 2017 | 11:03 CET | News
The website of news agency Tout sur l'Algerie (TSA) has been inaccessible via Algerie Telecom, the state-owned Internet Service Provider (ISP), and via Mobilis, the state's mobile ISP, since 05 October. According to RSF, Algerie Telecom did not formally give TSA reasons for blocking it. In an interview for Radio Chaine 3 on 09 October, Communication Minister Djamel Kaouane said his department was not involved in any blocking.
