Algeria's Mobilis bids highest for LTE licence

Algerian telecom regulator Arpt announced that all three mobile operators (Mobilis, Djezzy, Ooredoo) have passed the second phase of the LTE process begun in January, after their technical offers passed muster on 11 April. As a preliminary public announcement before the the authority reveals spectrum allocations, Arpt said that operators' bids in decreasing order were from Mobilis (ATM), Djezzy (OTA) and Ooredoo (WTA).
