Algerie Telecom launches first VoLTE service in the country

Algerie Telecom has announced the launch of Voice over LTE (VoLTE) services for residential and business customers. From 1 August, the new offers are available across Algeria's 48 provinces (wilayas). For new residential customers, the operator has introduced a package equipped with handset and modem for DZD 6,000, including a 5 GB data allowance and DZD 500 worth of call credit. New business customers are offered a package equipped with handset and modem for DZD 10,500, including a 10 GB data allowance and DZD 1,000 worth of call credit. At launch, the operator is promoting the new packages
