Algerie Telecom, Mobilis, ATS to take new corporate identity

Algeria's ICT minister Imane-Houda Faraoun announced on Radio Algerienne the forthcoming restructuring of Algerie Telecom, Mobilis and ATS (Algerie Telecom Satellite) into a new corporate entity named Groupe Telecom Algerie (GTA), reports radioalgerie.dz. Faraoun said that one of the aims of the restructuring project was to enable a global vision within the group, selecting the right technologies to achieve the best network coverage for the country's 48 regions (wilayas).
