Chinese e-commerce company Alibaba has selected ZTE to construct an optical transport network to support the continued growth of Alibaba's e-commerce platforms. ZTE will deploy its ZXONE 8700 100G OTN series to build a 100G transmission network. The first phase of the project will cover four MANs in Hangzhou, Tianjin, and Beijing.
