Allot Communications sees further drop in revenue in 2017

Allot Communications reported revenues for 2016 in line with its reduced outlook and said it expects a further drop in sales this year. Sales fell to USD 90.4 million last year from USD 100.0 million in 2015, in line with the company's forecast of USD 87-90 million issued in November. For 2017, Allot forecast sales of USD 80-84 million, saying it expects the second half to be better than H1 and a book-to-bill ratio of over 1 for the year. In the fourth quarter, revenues fell to USD 23.5 million from USD 25.4 million a year earlier, while the company moved to a net profit of USD 0.9 million
