Alltele says VAT changes hit Q1, more job cuts may come

Swedish operator Alltele said changes in VAT legislation dented its revenues and earnings in the first quarter of 2015 by SEK 12 million. It is now realising savings but cannot exclude further job cuts. Revenue in the first quarter dropped to SEK 206.2 million from SEK 229.1 million a year earlier. EBITDA fell to SEK 14.9 million from SEK 32.4 million. The company posted a net loss of SEK 200,000 compared with a net profit of SEK 18.4 million a year earlier.
