Almost 5 million UK homes struggling to pay for telecoms services - Ofcom

New research from Ofcom shows that 4.7 million (19%) UK homes have struggled to pay their telecoms bills in 2020 - with around 6 percent struggling to pay for their fixed home broadband and 5 percent struggling to pay their mobile bill. The regulator is calling on the telecoms industry to support customers experiencing financial problems.
