Altice Portugal criticizes Anacom decision to reduce DTT prices

Altice Portugal has expressed its opposition to the decision of the National Communications Authority (Anacom) to reduce the DTT channel distribution fees. The operator considers the decision "unfair, unfounded and negatively impacting the future of DTT in Portugal". It points out that the contract was signed between the operator and the state, with rules, terms and deadlines, and now a non-contractual entity is unilaterally seeking to intervene, to the detriment of quality of service and users. According to Altice Portugal, the prices currently charged TV operators are well below the prices
