Altice Portugal exceeds EUR 35 million investment in Madeira over 4 years

Altice Portugal has invested over EUR 35 million in the past four years in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, mainly in expanding the fibre-optic and mobile networks, making it the largest investor in ICT on the island. By the end of 2021, fibre coverage in Madeira will reach 97 percent and practically completed by the end of 2022. New protocols have been signed with the Municipal Councils of Funchal, Calheta, Porto Moniz, Sao Vicente and Ribeira Brava.
