Altice Portugal invests EUR 15 mln for fibre in Serra da Estrela

Altice Portugal has invested around EUR 15 million to connect six municipalities and more than 60 parishes in the region of the central massif for 77,762 km of optical fibre, in its Covilha data centre, reports Jornal Economico. The work, initiated in March 2017, was completed in the municipalities of Covilha, Gouveia, Manteigas, Seia, Fundao and Oliveira do Hospital.
