Altice Portugal says only 0.3% of customers affected by fires still unconnected

Altice Portugal has defended its record on reconnecting customers affected by fires, after comments from the regulator Anacom. The operator points out that only a few hundred people are still in the process of being reconnected, which corresponds to only 0.3 percent of the total customers affected, most of whom are served by Altice Portugal's alternative means of communication.
