Altice Portugal to challenge Anacom on access to Meo's poles

The regulator introduced significant changes to existing procedures relating to customer installations, among which it does not imply the sending of any prior or subsequent notification to Meo, while the application of any monthly fee must be eliminated from existing wholesale offers. Fonseca added that Altice Portugal will challenge this draft decision in all instances, from national courts to the EU level.
