Altice Portugal to expand fibre coverage in Braganca and Vila Real

Altice Portugal has signed agreements with the districts of Braganca and Vila Real, in the municipalities of Mirandela and Chaves, to expand the coverage of its fibre-optic network. The operator has been investing in regions with a low population density in order to boost economic development and extend digital inclusion in several regions of the country. By 2020, Altice Portugal intends to cover the entire Portuguese territory with fibre.
