Altice pro forma revenues flat, EBITDA up 17.6% in 2015

Altice reported adjusted EBITDA for 2015 up 17.6 percent to EUR 6.671 billion, as the group benefited from synergies following takeovers such as SFR in France. The figures are pro forma for its takeover of Suddenlink in the US in December and the sale of Cabovisao and Oni in Portugal this year. Group revenue was still down 0.1 percent to EUR 17.495 billion, with a 3.5 percent fall in France and 0.4 percent decline in its international operations offset by 24.2 percent growth at Suddenlink.
