Altice to buy Outremer Telecom, rest of Coditel

Tuesday 18 June 2013 | 16:58 CET | News
Altice has announced plans to buy a majority stake in Outremer Telecom, an operator active in France's overseas territories. The takeover was announced as part of a larger financing package. The latter includes EUR 250 million in senior notes, a senior term loan facility of up to EUR 795 million, a EUR 50 million super senior revolving credit facility and a EUR 75 million guarantee facility. The financing will also be used to buy out the minority stake in Belgian operator Coditel (Numericable) as well as repay or repurchase debt at Altice subsidiaries and the acquired companies.
