Altice withdraws request for Oni insolvency following debt deal - report

Portuguese operator Oni, owned by Nowo, has reached an agreement to repay its debt to Altice. As a result, the owner of Meo has withdrawn its request for Oni to be declared insolvent, reports Economia Online, citing market sources. Oni has already paid more than half of the debt it had with Altice Portugal, amounting to about EUR 8 million, and stipulated a payment plan for the remaining amount, the paper's sources said.
