Altitude Infrastructure gets green light to acquire assets of French operator Kosc

The commercial court in Paris has approved a rescue plan for wholesale operator Kosc put forward by Altitude Infrastructure, reports Les Echos citing Altitude executive Dorothee Lebarbier. Under the plan, the network assets owned by Kosc will be sold to Altitude for EUR 14 million. The deal, which will see Kosc become an Altitude subsidiary, covers the brand, contracts already signed by the wholesale operator, as well as its 62 employees.
