Altitude Sports takes Comcast to court after carriage talks fall through

After reaching a distribution agreement with AT&T that ended a two-month blackout, Altitude Sports has filed a lawsuit against Comcast after months of negotiations to restore sports coverage in Colorado. Altitude said Comcast is in violation of state and federal antitrust laws and that it wants to "extinguish competition," the Denver Post reported.
