Amazon introduces 'Make an Offer' feature

Amazon has unveiled a new feature, dubbed 'Make an Offer', that lets shoppers haggle prices with third-party sellers on certain items. Describing the new system as a "game changer", Amazon said the feature would initially be implemented on around 150,000 items in the Sports and Entertainment Collectibles, Collectible Coins and Fine Art sections, and would expand to hundreds of thousands of items from sellers in 2015. However, the online retailer was keen to point out that the Make an Offer button would only be used on "one-of-a-kind" items and not on mass-produced goods. The feature is not
