Amazon plans to open fourth French warehouse - report

Thursday 22 November 2012 | 11:14 CET | News
Amazon is planning to open its fourth warehouse in France in the second half of 2013, reports Le Figaro without citing its sources. The company is looking at two sites near Douai and Lens, both in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, for a 100,000 sq mt logistics centre that would create nearly 1,000 permanent jobs. Amazon opened its third French warehouse in Chalons-sur-Saone last autumn. The other two are near Orleans and in Montelimar.
