Amazon registers subsidiary in Latvia

Amazon has registered its subsidiary Amazon Data Centre Latvia, reports Db.lv. Equity of the new company totals EUR 50,000. The formal owner of the Latvia-based company is the US-based start-up A100 Row Inc, and the Irish citizen Martin Casey Malachy is the head of the company.
