Amazon terms & conditions anti-competitive - cartel office

Monday 21 October 2013 | 10:39 CET | News

The anti-competitive behavior of Amazon regards its price policy for the Amazon Marketplace that obliges participants to offer their services/products at a price that is the lowest anywhere. Mundt warned Amazon that if no satisfying agreement is reached, the office will launch a formal injunction against the company.
