Amazon to recruit 300 more staff for Dublin office

Amazon will create 300 jobs at its offices in Dublin over the next two years, announced group CTO Werner Vogels. The new hires will include technical engineers and managers, software engineers, IT security specialists and customer support staff. RTE reports that Amazon currently employs 1,400 workers in Dublin and Cork, serving all areas of the company's business, such as the retail website, Kindle e-readers digital business and the Amazon Web Services cloud operation. The new staff will be housed in two floors being added to the company's Dublin office, and hiring starts immediately even
