Amazon.de launches Mayday service for Kindle Fire HDX users

Amazon announced that the Mayday service is now available for Amazon.de customers in Germany. The Mayday button provides customers with live support from an Amazon expert to guide them through using any feature. The feature is available exclusively on Kindle Fire HDX tablets.
