AMC Iberica launches SVOD video channel in Spain, Portugal

AMC Networks International Iberia and online gaming platform Machinima have officially launched an exclusive SVOD channel focusing on video games, e-sports and animation. The service, first unveiled in June, will be called Machinima and will be available on Samsung smart TVs, Android and iOS devices and via web streaming for EUR 0.99 a month or EUR 9.99 a year, with the first month offered free. In a statement, AMC said Machinima is its first SVOD channel with a multiscreen service and will soon be distributed through TV operators.
