America Movil, AT&T, Telefonica may take part in 4G tender

Telecoms operators America Movil, AT&T and Telefonica would be the most interested firms to participate in a tender to obtain 4G spectrum in Mexico, El Informador reports. Mexican telecoms services regulator IFT previously confirmed plans to award 60 MHz of spectrum in the AWS band during 2015. The regulator also confirmed it will award 10 MHz of spectrum in the 440-450 MHz band for the provision of private radio communications services.
