America Movil is top for non-voice revenue in Brazil

America Movil (Claro, Embratel and Net) has more non-voice revenue than any other telecommunications group in Brazil, according to the Teleco consultancy. On average in Brazil, the main services are still mobile voice, accounting for 28 percent of revenue and fixed voice, generating 20 percent. At America Movil, though, pay-TV is the main source of revenue at 29 percent. The Brazilian average for pay-TV is 18 percent of revenue. Sky's pay-TV revenue contributed andvoice ceased to be the main source of revenue on average at operators in Brazil.
