America Movil pledges MXN 5 for every MXN 1 donated to earthquake fund

America Movil's Telcel and Telmex units has teamed up with the Carlos Slim Foundation to pledge MXN 5 for every MXN 1 donated to support the victims of the earthquakes that have struck Mexico in recent weeks. Donors can pledge money via Telmex using the short code 5566 or via Telcel using the number 55666. All the money raised will be used to support humanitarian efforts and the reconstruction of schools and health centres in the affected states of Morelos, Puebla, Oaxaca and Chiapas.
