America Movil proposes MXN 0.40 dividend and MXN 25 bln buyback

America Movil announced that its board of directors agreed to submit to next month's annual shareholders' meeting a proposal to pay a cash dividend of MXN 0.40 per share, subject to adjustments arising from other corporate events, including repurchase or placement of its own shares. It also proposed to allocate a further MXN 25 billion to its share buyback programme between April 2021 and April 2022, up from MXN 6 billion last year.
