Anacom proposes measures to protect telecom networks during fires

The group also concluded that a reduction in the value of spectrum charges will be an incentive for the use of wireless links. In this sense, the regulator is now proposing to the government a reduction in the value of spectrum charges, particularly in the areas of the country that should benefit in particular from improvements in the resilience and redundancy of electronic communications infrastructure through the use of wireless links.
