Anacom says telecom prices in Portugal more expensive than EU average

The prices of triple-play packages in Portugal were 2 to 12.7 percent higher than the EU average in 2018-19, according to data from the European Commission cited by Portugal's National Communications Authority (Anacom). The exception was 1 Gbps offers, which were below the EU average (-22.3%), but accounted for only 1.6 percent of accesses.
