Android's share in Australia decreases 4.3 points in Q1

Google's Android operating system accounted for 57.3 percent of smartphone sales in the Australian market in the first three months of the year, down 4.3 percentage points year-on-year, according to information by Kantar. Meanwhile, iOS accounted for 33.1 percent of  smartphone sales in the quarter, climbing 2 percentage points year-on-year, while Windows operating system represented 6.9 percent, up 2.8 percentage points compared to end-March 2013.
