Angolan government to announce winner of fourth telecom operator licence soon

Angola's Secretary of State for Technologies, Mario Augusto da Silva Oliveira, said that the winner of the international tender for a fourth telecom operator will be announced soon, reports Jornal de Angola. He refused to commit to a date, adding that the process would be concluded by the end of the year.
