Angolan President signs order to put fourth operator licence out to tender again

Angolan President Joao Lourenco has signed an order to put the licence for the country's fourth unified telecom operator out to tender again, after the cancellation of the first award. A working group has been set up for this purpose, consisting of the Minister of Finance, Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology, and Minister of Economy and Planning.
