Anisp asks Ancom to solve Bucharest fibre access case

Romania's national association of internet service providers (Anisp) announced that it will take every legal action against local telecommunications authority Ancom's representatives and board members of UTI Group, the company responsible for the creation of Bucharest's fibre network Net City, if Ancom and UTI fail to comply with legal decisions in local ISPs' favour. So says local paper Hotnews.ro citing Anisp's president Mihai Batraneanu. The legal decisions concern network access rules imposed on ISPs in Bucharest who are using UTI's Net City fibre optic network to provide internet
