Annapurna Labs launches Alpine platform-on-chip

Annapurna Labs, an Amazon.com company, announced the Alpine platform-on-chip and subsystems product line that enables original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and service providers to deliver digital services for home gateways, Wi-Fi routers, and Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices. Alpine provides high performance for UHD video streaming, storage, application virtualisation, Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud applications, opening the door to a wide range of innovative digital and multimedia services for the connected/digital home.
