ANS and UKFast moved ahead with merger

The UK service providers ANS and UKFast have agreed to merge, making a company with greater scale to deliver digital transformation services across both the public and private sectors. The merger follows the acquisition of ANS by UKFast owner Inflexion Private Equity in June.
