Apple buys voice app specialist Pullstring - report

Apple will be buying Pullstring, a startup in San Francisco that was started in 2011 to power interactive voice apps for toys, including Hello Barbie in 2015. The company now uses artificial intelligence to provide companies with systems to design, prototype and publish voice applications. On its site, Pullstring says makes systems for Amazon Alexa. Axios, which reported the news, said the acquisition will now help Apple's Siri.
