Arcep consults on LLU pricing model and radio-relay systems

French regulator Arcep has opened a consultation on the pricing model that it intends to use to determine LLU regulated prices for the 2018-2020 period. This work is part of Arcep's latest round of market analysis for the fixed broadband wholesale markets, and specifically on wholesale local access provided at a fixed location (market 3a). The regulator has also opened a consultation to obtain stakeholders' views on proposed changes to the regulatory framework for certain radio communications frequencies.
